Befor the leaves start falling, there will be the first production vehicles from swisscleandrive on the road. The clients are waiting anxiously, the engineers working ceaselessly. Boxes of selected battery cells packed like precious chocolates have arrived at cti-bcs, motors and large, fully enclosed and powerful inverters have made their way to the labs of the development- and production site.

Each day there are news coming in concerning components and systems, mostly good news stating more performance, availability. Nevertheless we still keep the clients waiting as there has evaluation and validation to be done, assessments and documentation.
In the process from prototype to market vehicles we have added many safety features and a whole new user interface. Also we have boosted the voltage from 420 to 460 V and the capacity from 4 to 7 kWh. This will give a range of well over 30 km. Details will follow as measurements have been made.

A nice side effect of all this concretisation work on the vehicles is that we have been able to sharpen the businessplan including the financial planning. Growth potential and roi have been kept cautiously on a pessimistic side and still result turn out to be in black digits.
